How to register on this message board

You must be a dues paying member to use this message board.
For your user name, please use your full first name and the first initial of your last name. (if your name is already taken then add a number to the end) This makes it easier for others to identify who is posting messages that may be of particular importance to them.
To begin, click Register above on the right. Also, at Location, please list the closest major cross streets of where you live. That way, others may discover they live near you and be able to set up additional meeting places or times to run or walk with you.
When you register for the first time, you will receive a response from the administrator asking for your full name, address and phone number. Upon receipt and verification of this, you will be permissioned onto the message board. If you are not a dues paying member of Valley Striders you will not be permissioned onto this message board.
